Extension Plan were commissioned to carry out the internal alterations of a top floor attic flat in Kensington & Chelsea.
The property was in a Conservation Area and required alterations to the layout as well as the creation of new balconies and the installation of new air conditioning units. This required planning applications for the alterations to the external appearance of the building as well as for the air conditioning units.
We also prepared drawings for a Full Plans application to Kensington & Chelsea Building Control Department, as well as preparing an acoustic report to support the planning application for the new air conditioning condensing unit on the roof.
Both applications were past successfully first hand, however due to the location a number of queries were raised by the planners which we dealt with directly as part of our standard service.
